FAQs

How do I sign up?

Sign up via the pink Pamper Perks pop up on the bottom left hand side of your screen.

How do I earn points?

You can earn points in a number of ways! View "Ways to Earn Points" above.

How do I keep track of my points or redeem them?

Click on the pink Pamper Perks pop up box on the bottom left hand side of your page to view your points and ways to redeem. Make sure you are logged in!

How do I use my discount code?

If you've redeemed a discount code, simply enter the code in the Discount code field during Checkout and tap on the APPLY button.

Can I use more than one discount code at a time?

You can only use one discount code in a single transaction.

Can I use a discount code and points at the same time when making a purchase?

You will still earn your Rewards points on your order when using a discount code. At the moment you will not be able to use points and a discount code in one transaction.

Why did my points balance decrease?

If any of your orders are cancelled or returned, or if a friend you referred cancelled or returned their order.

I didn't receive my Birthday Bonus Points?

To receive your 200 bonus points you must enter your birthday at least 31 days prior to the day. If you have not done this your points will be added on next time.

Are there any products excluded from my rewards discounts?

Rewards discounts cannot be used on Gift Cards or in conjunction with any other offer. Unfortunately only one discount can be used per transaction.

I have purchased through Ebay, am I eligible for points?

No, you have to have an account with our website and purchase directly from us to be eligible for Pamper Perk Points.
