Oway use only biodynamic methods on their farm on the hills of Bologna, Italy. They grow officinal plants, shrubs and herbs which become the ultra performing complexes of the essential oils, extracts and hydrolates in their formulations. The biodynamic method is the purest and cleanest type of cultivation: free from the pesticides, herbicides, insecticides and synthetic fertilisers used in conventional agriculture, it allows obtaining the most concentrated and effective active ingredients, while respecting the ecosystem.
STEINER AND THE PRINCIPLES OF BIODYNAMICS
Rudolf Steiner, founder of Steinerian Medicine, Waldorf Pedagogy and Father of Anthroposophy, after having seen a decrease in soil fertility due to the excessive use of chemicals, gave life in 1924 to Biodynamics. The Biodynamic agriculture movement, today spread all over the world works to ensure the restoration of the land and the renewal if agriculture according to the following objectives:

SOIL IN BIODYNAMIC AGRICULTURE
Dynamization is a fundamental procedure of Biodynamic agriculture. It consists in activating some natural substances by means of their dilution and strong interpenetration with water through and energetic stirring. The dynamization of the biodynamic preparations occurs by stirring the water with an alternating clockwise and counter clockwise rotating movement. the water is thus charged with energy movement and oxygen and is used to dynamize the preparations.
Once dynamized, the preparation are sprayed on the ground and on the plants on order to stimulate the process of humus formation in the soil and to improve the quality of flowers and fruit.
The health of plants and the fertility of the soil hide the true secret to really look after ourselves. Soil cultivated using the biodynamic method returns ingredients that offer excellent organoleptic properties, protects bio diversity and is more effective in revisiting erosion and climate change.
